In response to client input, All American Dispute Resolutions On Line (AADROL) has re-located its Southern California mediation offices  from Woodland Hills to the 25th Floor of the prestigious Wells Fargo Center at 333 S. Grand Avenue in downtown Los Angeles, to be more easily accessible for clients desiring traditional, off line mediations.  The new office is conveniently close to Harbor (110) Freeway and Hollywood (101) Freeway downtown exits. MEDIATOR JACK A. DRAPER CONTINUES AS FEDERAL COURT ATTORNEY SETTLEMENT OFFICER

AADROL's chief mediator Jack A. Draper  will commence the second year of his appointment  to the prestigious Attorney Settlement Officer panel of the United States District Court, Central District of California, in Los Angeles.  Mr. Draper had previously been appointed to the USDC's Eastern District panel in 2006 and 2007. Mr. Draper and other Attorney Settlement Officers were honored at a special luncheon by the Federal Court on April 18, 2008, in Los Angeles in recognition of their services.  Mr. Draper also continues to serve as mediator on the mediation panels of the Los Angeles, Kern, Ventura, Fresno, Tulare and Kings County Superior Courts and the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California in Fresno.

Mr. Jack A. CULVER/MARINA BAR ASSOCIATION MONTHLY MEETING TO FEATURE PRESENTATION BY AADROL'S CHIEF MEDIATOR JACK A. DRAPER

Mr. Draper's presentation will provide an overview of AADROL's  on line dispute resolution system, as well as reviewing recent developments in alternative dispute resolution and an introduction to AADROL's "green mediation" initiative.
